different subjects to different emails

I am looking for a solution for my CMS, I want to create 1 form for different emails when choosing the subject.

Depending on this subject the form could give more options like sending an attachment

different subjects to different emails

Hey @Nakamura

Could you possibly explain what your asking for a little more concisely? I'm having trouble understanding what your looking to do and from where you would like to make it happen.

It might help if you wrote out your goals as explicitly as possible, and then write out a numbered list of steps that would lead to you desired outcome.

Goal:

The goal of this project is to better allow our team to understand and develop best practices for emails they create by segementing the users into lists based on their email's domain.

Steps List / Usecase(s):

  1. the admin clicks to create a new email
  2. the adds a subject line

or

  1. The user fills out the "conteact us" form on the contact page (link to contact page)
  2. the user clicks submit
  3. the user is redirected to a thank you
  4. if the user's email domain is "gmail.com" do *some action*
  5. else if *etc…*

I hope this make sense and we can get to finding a solution!

different subjects to different emails

Hi @Kevin-C

Goal:

Use 01 dorm for multiple in main Subject to specific emails

Steps List:

1.the member fills in the contact information.

2. When he is filling in the contact, he has a subject option

3.When choosing a subject go to the department of that subject

Example:

subject1 > IT > it@contact.com

subject2 > Support > support@contact.com

all this on same page.
