HubSpot Conversational bots are part of the new HubSpot Service Hub offering. As an alternative, you can always add bots or live chat from other vendors (e.g., Drift, Olark, etc.).

I was reading about HubSpot Service Hub so I can create the chatbot window as I showed it before but I do not understand very well. Is it necessary to have the hubspot service hub in order to obtain this result in a landing page?

Will ypu know  if it is possible that a chatbot create in Botkit can be configured with marketing hubspot by adding the conversation window within a module of a landing page?

Yes, but only if you want a HubSpot bot. Again, you can also use other, non-HubSpot bots and live chat services with HubSpot.
