We are trying to run a OneTrust Cookie scan a website that we own that is hosted on Hubspot.

The scan results come back empty which leads me to believe that OneTrust's IP is getting blocked by Hubspot servers.

Is there a way to allowlist the OneTrust Scan IP with Hubspot anywhere?

Hi Jaycee,

I wasn't able to find a solution to this particular problem but I did find that my issue with scanning the website with OneTrust was caused by something unrelated to Hubspot and I have sinced resolved the problem.
