Wordpress Shortcode Plugin Error - Hubspot Popup Forms Are Appearing in Footer of Page

We have multiple hubspot popup forms on a single web page. Even though the forms are working in the popups, the forms are also appearing in the footer of the webpage. Please see this link to view the error live. How can this be fixed?

You will need to wrap each form in a div, then target the div in your embed code.
