Wordpress Form Submission issue

Hello Team,

I have integrated website using wordpress and connected hubspot using this plusing.

In my website I have several forms and but  have to track selected forms (home and contact page forms) only not all and form was developed using custom html and javascript.

Can you have soultion to integrate this?
