Widget not showing up

Hi, 

I'm having trouble loading a widget on a landing page. It won't show up in the editor at all. If I adjust the height, it will eventually show up after a couple of tries but in the preview only. Then when I try to add another widget at the bottom of the page, it won't show up at all. It will also at times mess with the widget at the top of the page.

I am almost scared to ask what that script does. 😬

Instead of using the embed function that you used, what if you insert this in the html of the rich text editor?

So, click the advanced, then source code and paste in there.

Thanks for the video!  Great way of illustrating the issue.

Could you also do a couple extra steps?

• Could you send a preview link to a page with that module? (make sure the link does not start with app)
• Could you post the code of that module using the html insert tool, </>. 

@jonchim , @daveroma , @JanetArmstrong once we have some code to look at, could you all lend a hand here 🙏

I'm not a developer but yes that looks intense 😅 I'm copying straight from another service I use, they provide the widget code. 

It's working for the top of the page but not for the bottom for some reason.

OK @CPalomino ,

I see the issue.  In that script, it is looking for the id of the div.  In the code you provided, that is

<div id="homebot_homeowner">

and if you look near the end of the script, you will see it being referenced like this

Homebot('#homebot_homeowner', 'f195bf2798ba55f9828f0a4b06d73b9e3a91139a364c0c48',

If you add it in a second place, you will need to change that id.  It can be as simple as adding a 1 to the end of it 😁

 Please note, that I did not use the embed option!  I used the html view of the rich text editor as I referenced earlier
