Why are my logos and favicons not showing up?

I have filled out all the required elements of my brand kit, have a logo and a favicon ready to go, but I constantly get the pop up saying 'You do not have a default logo' whenever I go onto the pages to use it.

When I click the unhelpful link beneath this, it takes me to a page that has nothing to do with branding. 

How do I get this logo to appear? I feel as though I've been running around in circles for the last hour and no moderator has successfully answered this question; they just take me back to the branding page, which is already complete and has been for months.

Hi @DHagon 

I'm not sure if this works in the free version (we use CMS Pro) but try this:

Settings (cog top right) > Website (left menu) > Pages (sub menu) > Branding (tab in center).

There you can set you logo and Favicon.

I've been reading that this is the case, but it simply doesn't exist when I
hit this page.

It's not even that I cannot access it without pro; it just doesn't exist.

Not sure why my version of the website is different, but if it had been
locked, I'd usually get a lock by it.

Anyone know why I can't see this at all?

@DHagon There are two brand settings in HubSpot, one is Brand Kit and the other is Branding.

Under Account Defaults > Branding > Brand Kit:

The other is under Website > Pages > Branding

This second setting is only visible for CMS Hub Starter, Pro, Enterprise - not Free.

It also requires specific user permissions to access, if you have the correct subscription, it could be that you don't have the appropriate access.

If your theme/template is using the account default for the logo, there should also be an option to override it in the module settings.

Can you share more details about where you are going when you receive the error that you don't have a default logo?
