Hey everyone

I have been spending more time working with HubSpot CMS lately and I am curious to learn from others here.

What are some small but powerful features, shortcuts, or tricks you have discovered while building or managing website pages?
Could be anything, design tweaks, content workflows, smart modules, or even time-saving hacks you wish you knew earlier.

Looking forward to hearing your go-to tips!

For me it's HubDB and Custom Objects. I'll push for that whenever possible with clients. Makes the content creation process so much quicker.

HubDB and Custom Objects for Dynamic Content

Great for directories, team pages, or course catalogs without hardcoding. Just connect a dynamic template to your table.

And when creating Dynamic contents <pre> + pprint to inspect your dynamic data.

These two are the small but powerful features I mostly use.

@kosalaindrasiri plus one from me on pprint in general.

I've figured out loads of undocumented stuff that way.

That and Developer Info in the cog menu.

As somebody who's focusing on ContentHub/CMS for many years, I'd say the most powerful feature of Content Hub is: custom modules and .

As there are basically no limitiations.

You can build a simple custom module like a headline text combo that will help reduce the time setting up personalized content or basically a SPA (Single-Page-Application) with dynamic content loading from external sources in one module. (Don't recommend to build a SPA as a module, but technically it would be possible)

Right after custom modules -custom themes, dynamic pages (HubDB and Custom Objects), Membership areas, blog import (if migrating an external blog to HS) and much much more

best,

Anton

For anyone building lots of landing pages, using modules linked to HubDB is a lifesaver. It lets you update a single record and automatically reflect changes across dozens of pages.
