Website showing 404 on all pages

I built this site with CMS Hub paid and then let the account expire.  it has been running on 'free tools' since May and all of a sudden the website is now showing an old 404 page.  all pages showing 404.

Is this Hubspot's way of getting me to pay for a plan again? or is there something wrong all of a sudden?

I appreciate you taking a look and responding.  I'm very experienced with Hubspot and could not see any issues in my Hubspot account that would make this happen so I whipped up a temporary holding page and removed the Hubspot CNAME from the domain as well as my 'non-www' redirect.  I got that to work but then the client got upset so I put the CNAME and redirect back and it just came back up.  I guess it needed a DNS refresh or something.  very bazaar.

This has happened to our site too. All landing pages go to a 404 error page. How did you resolve this @JTedesco4  and @Jnix284 ?

It sounds like a frustrating situation! It’s possible that the website might be experiencing some restrictions due to the account being downgraded to the free tools plan. HubSpot may limit certain features, which could affect the functionality of your site. I’d recommend checking with HubSpot support to see if the plan expiration caused the 404 errors. It might be worth considering upgrading to ensure your website runs smoothly again.

Also, if you're managing communications through WhatsApp for updates, it could be helpful to stay on top of these issues by reaching your audience there too!

Hey, @JTedesco4 👋 I just tested the homepage and several additional pages and all loaded for me. Can you check again? — Jaycee

@Jaycee_Lewis I believe this issue is also related to HubSpot Support ticket #15668088 as I mentioned just a little bit ago in another thread.
