Using a URL from a media outlet instead of an existing Page (URL) within the internal site

I have multiple blog posts that have a "learn more" option that will allow a new page to be opened so the entire blog post/News release can be read/viewed in entirety.

All of my "learn more" URLs lead to internal sub pages within my website.  A specific media outlet picked up our news release so instead of using an internal URL, I would like to redirect folks to the media outlet to read the full release.

Can someone help with how this can be achieved??  Thank you!
