Use target="_blank" in forms

Hi, I am redirecting form submissions in HubSpot forms to an external site.

How to add  target="_blank"  to that link?

• A HubSpot form (created in-app) and being used on a HubSpot hosted page?
• A HubSpot form (created in-app) and being used on an externally hosted page?
• A custom-coded form + use of the HubSpot Forms API?
• If the API, I found this article Redirect a HubSpot form from one of our community members, @Stephanie-OG that describes a different use case but may provide some insight into how to approach this request
