Updating our landing page/blog templates to match new site design

Our website navigation is being updated in Wordpress. During our initial implementation, Hubspot created all the necessary style sheets to match our site. However our wordpress developer has stated that they didn't provide any of the files that Hubspot needed. Now we are updating the navigation and are looking for next steps in updating our landing pages to match. Is it best to use a Hubspot consultant on a project like this? We don't want to rely on our current wordpress developer to do this work as they are not familiar with the Hubspot platform.

We ended up stripping out the navigation from the landing pages. This was previously recommended by Hubspot and we thought it might be a good time to tackle this project.
