Unable to set a subscribe form in a multi language blog

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with a multi language blog.
There are 4 different blogs - each in a different language.

Each blog has a subsciption module added - with the option for which blog to display.

Here is the subscribe module

  select_blog='{{ module.select_blog }}',

When editing the blog - it gives the option for all 4 blogs.
I cannot find where to set the options for the subscribe text and form though. The Portuguese blog was just created and the form is blank when I select it.

I've been through all the blog settings that I can find and do not see anything for this.
