Trying to extend sandbox account trial

I am trying to extend a Sandbox account that I created and lives under my account.

But the links have disappeared!!

I have tried visiting the link: https://app.hubspot.com/developer/<ID>/test-hub-ids

All that does is forward me to: https://app.hubspot.com/myaccounts-beta

My screen looks like:

I am quite keen to get this restored I need to test changes to a clients project before pushing to their production account.

Where would I find that information out? My profile I can only see 2 options. Basic info and security.

The test account is: 19957450

Yes I am the Developer whos developer account created the test account.

What is the portal id of the test account?

Was it created through an developer account?  What is the id of the developer account if so.
