You can direct message myself by clicking the envelope icon in the top right hand corner and initiating a direct message. You can include the screenshot by going to the camera icon and uploading the file.

I did have some trouble posting earlier, I was getting an error message, but it seems to have cleared up. I'm having a look at your original post now.
