Trouble getting hubspot to work.

When I click on the icon from the quickbar on the bottome right. i get a pop up error. Below. 

I am also haveing trouble getting it to work in outlook. The add-in check box doesn't stay checked for some reason.

@atramer what are you clicking in your portal to get that error message? Do you mind sharing a screenshot with an arrow to where you're clicking (or a video)? 

Do you mind posting a separate thread about your Outlook question so that we can keep this thread specific to one issue (sending screenshots of what you are referencing in Outlook would be helpful in the new thread as well)?
