The form's properties remember the data from the previous submission

SOLVE

I have created a property and displayed it in an email template using Personolize. This property is not required to be filled, but if the first time the user fills it, and the second time even though the user does not fill it, it will automatically remember the data of the first filling. and displayed in email.
Please help me? I hope that if the user doesn't fill it out, it won't be displayed?

Hi @TPhamNguyen to disable pre-filling form fields, you need to turn off this option:

Another option would be to force the form to always create a new contact (best when the same computer/device is submitting a form multiple times, like at an event) - this will also turn off pre-populating fields:
