The blog listing page suddenly only loads on preview mode

SOLVE

Hello everyone.

We are having an issue where all of a sudden the blog listing page stops loading. when previewing the pages in Hubspot, the content pulls through but then when you look at the live version, it says "

404, Page not found" with HubSpot editable symbol at the top right corner of the page.

 

https://www.6bridge.com/blog?hs_preview=wJKTEbPz-145837292842, loads perfect

but https://www.6bridge.com/blog, doesn't.

 

Exact same issue happened three times since August 2024. The most recent one was about a week ago, please see this ticket below:

This issue has occurred twice since August. The first instance was in mid-August and lasted about a week. After attempting various troubleshooting steps, we ultimately disconnected and reconnected the HubSpot domain settings, which resolved the issue.

 

However, this time, the problem persisted for about three weeks. Reconnecting the HubSpot domain settings didn't work. We even deleted and recreated the DNS settings in the Name Server, but that didn’t solve it either. Finally, as a last resort, we removed the brand domain completely, deleted HubSpot’s information from the Name Server, and reconnected everything. This approach worked.

 

We still don't know what went wrong, and the proper way to fix it should it happen again."

It worked for me now. Nothing I did on my end this time, HubSpot's issue and they must have fixed it after two weeks down. Thank you for checking!

It worked for me now. Nothing I did on my end this time, HubSpot's issue and they must have fixed it after two weeks down. Hope yours is going to be back shortly.

@BérangèreL thanks for the message. I tried that but it didn't work. It's the same 404 error.

It seems that it was a temporary issue that you were experiencing, sorry about this.

Could you please try to click "Update" on the page and check in an incognito window?
