Task Notes and Task Complete Date in email to contact

Hi,

I have been trying to get the Task Notes and Date Completed to populate in the email that would be sent to a contact upon completion of the task. I have a separate workflow for the tasks. I created contact properties for the task tokens - obviously not correctly. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? See screenshots.

I see that you're looking to copy your Tasks data to custom Contact properties so they can be used in automated emails. To better understand the issue that you're experiencing, would you mind explaining in a bit more detail specifically what the behavior you're seeing on your end is? This would likely help us determine which workflow is the issue here!

I have added the two properties below as contact properties.

Then, added them to the send email body.

But "Notes: and Completed by:" are not populating in the email after I run
a test.
