Spacing between individual rows of an email

I'm trying to change the spacing between rows.  Specifically I have a text box, a signature of the author of an email and then their title in another text box. Spacing before signature is fine but after is way too much using the normal spacing (built in CSS). I know I can easily add space but how do I take it away, I cannot go negative padding.

If you're currenlty using the drag and drop email builder there isn't a way currently to edit the default padding. There is a setting within the HubSpot Settings for email but this wouldn't set for drag and drop email.
