Slow page - need smart input to move this snail forward!!

SOLVE

Hi HubSpot Community,

I would like to ask for your advice on how to optimize our website https://www.socialsellinator.com/

Specifically, we're looking to improve mobile page speed as measured by

1) https://pagespeed.web.dev/report?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsocialsellinator.com%2F&form_factor=mobile

2) https://www.webpagetest.org/result/230217_BiDcWN_6FN/

We already tried a number of things but are stuck.

It doesn't need to be perfect - we're looking for the 1-2 things that will have the biggest impact, not the 136 other small things that will make us 1.6% faster.

And of course, if you have any other observations/recommendations - any feedback/input is welcome and very much appreciated.

Thank you all!

Happy to help @MiaSrebrnjak thanks for the tag!

Hi @Sellinator, one of the biggest sweeps you can make is moving all of your third-party scripts to Google Tag Manager (GTM) rather than loading them all individually

Hi @Sellinator and thank you for the mention @MiaSrebrnjak ,

Couple things i notice:

  • You are messuring socialsellinator.com/ on both tools, yet the site runs at www.socialsellinator.com/ (with WWW subdomein). this is s the first 300-500ms profit if you purely look at numbers 😉
  • You load a bunch of stuff from different domains. try to run everything from your main domain that needs.
  • In the webpagetest it takes 2.3 seconds to load the LCP, but it's sometimes the image of the lady or the CTA on top.
    • The Image of the lady, add "fetchpriority="high" to make it render faster
    • Swap the CTA for a default html link and put on a tracking url. HubSpot CTA's are loaded often after everything else of hubspot, so they pop up pretty late.

This should save up alot of time.
