Saving CTA Style Customisations

Just looking into branding our CTA buttons, I can see the option within the CTA editor to select a predefined style.

Is there a way to configure one of these to suit our specific brand requirements or would we have to make the custom CSS changes each time we create the CTA?

You can't save a cta style the way you are wanting to, though this is a great idea and you should submit it to the idea forum.

You can however use the no style option in that drop down then add a custom class in the css section. Apply all of your styles to that class in your main css style sheet. You can just set new ctas to no style and apply that class and it will do what you are wanting.
