Rich Text field - Content to the right of the fields

New to the Hubspot forms...

Is there way to make the "Rich Text Field" appear to the right of the forms. Currently it seems to only allow adding content in between fields. 

I am trying to acheive this layout...please let me know if this possible. 

Also, I want to control how it wraps in the Mobile/Tablet view.  Meaning wouldn't want this info to wrap to the bottom of the form. Is this possible?

Yes, if you have a template that has two columns (HubSpot tend to include one by default in their migration), you can use a Form module on the left hand side and a Rich Text module on the right-hand side. 

By default modules stack left to right but you can use CSS to change this. If you could share a preview link to the page we should be able to help you with this.
