When I originally went to create my domain name, I turned off the reverse proxy, but when I went to verify the domain it kept giving me an error message. I don't want to manually add a reverse proxy, I just want to turn it back on.
I'll thinking this is a very simple fix, but I just can't seem to figure it out.
It say's you're using Starter. I believe the setup with Reverse Proxy is only available for Enterprise.
If you are on Enterprise and looking to do this...
You can’t just switch the reverse‑proxy setting back on. I believe the only fix is to remove the domain from Settings → Website → Domains & URLs, then connect it again and choose the “accessed via reverse proxy” option during the setup. Follow HubSpot’s verification steps after you reconnect, and the domain should verify correctly.
