Resizing email images returns incorrect aspect ratio

It looks like the email builder has been updated sometime in the last week, and now when I upload an image, changing the width (or height) of the image returns an incorrect height (or width) to match, so the image is automatically squished. Since the width and height are locked together, there's suddenly no way to achieve the proper aspect ratio.

This is happening to me too, except on my landing pages! I reached out to support for help. I'll update if I find out anything.
