Rendering on Outlook with a custom coded template

Hi,

I'm creating an NPS email based on a custom coded template, however, I'm having issues with it not rendering correctly on Outlook (the number 10 jumps to the next line). 

Hubspot sent me here to see if there is a lovely person that might be able to assist with this?

Can you please share a public preview link to the email you're working on, screenshots, and outline any troubleshooting you've done so far? 

Is there a specific version of Outlook that the email isn't working properly in?
