Removing extra line spacing in Outlook

Email looks fine in everything but Outlook 2007/10? After playing around for awhile with various things and looking it up, apparently, an inline CSS declaration in px can help to keep your email elements from adding spaces due to Outlook's line break weirdness:

style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly; line-height: 30px;" should do it. worked best for me when it was

It seems that some people have gotten a solution by post comments, which I understand to be the same as you need.
