Reload when Click Decline Cookie Banner Hubspot

Currently, I am switching to using HubSpot's Cookie Banner in the Opt-in mode. However, I am encountering an issue where, if I select 'Accept' first, then reopen the Cookie Banner and select 'Decline,' the webpage reloads. But if I select 'Decline' first and then switch to 'Accept,' the page does not reload. I would like to understand the cause and find a way to prevent the page from reloading.

Hey, @09747 👋 It's hard to say without more details. A couple of common scenarios are listed here —  Why is my consent banner reappearing after accepting/declining? 

One question to help our community better understand possible root causes — are you using the in-app option for enabling the cookie banner? Or are you using something custom that you built using the Cookie Banner API?
