According to HubSpot's redirect documentation, it can take up to 48 hours for the redirect to propagate. If you have checked it after this time frame + clearing your browser cache and it still does 302 instead of 301, I suggest reaching out to HubSpot support to see if there are possibly some conflicting system redirects in place.
