Recognizing a form response when email comes

We have a form set up on our website contact page where users will choose from a drop down which department they wish to contact within the company.

When we tested internally, the recipient of the notification (within our company) would either see (as the "from" in their email) the email address of the person who was designing the form, or a "noreply@hubspot..." type of "from" address.

Can I specify an address such as "webformsubmission@...."? and if so, where do I look withing Hubspot to make this change?

Recognizing a form response when email comes

I think I had a similar issue trying to create internal email notifications for form fills.

Problem:

Email would be sent from "noreply@hubspot"(or something similar).

Reason:

When organising an email to send from within the form design page, you cannot specify the sender or change the email template. (From what I understand)

(semi)Solution:

Created a workflow for when the form is filled, to send an email I designed an email to be used specifically for this workflow. This enabled me to customise the template as well as specify a sender address.

Hope this helps!
