Hello!

How come some recepiens dosen´t get the newsletter. De adresses are in the lists but I got this message: 

It says that the recepient´s confirmation required. How do they confirm? We haven´t got any e-mail or nitification to confirm?

Hi,

Are you using the GDPR concent checkbox? I haven't seen that message before but it sounds like they haven't completed thier double opt-in process so HubSpot is stopping the send.
