Good morning, I'm very new to hubspot and I have a question, I'm creating an application in react, using vscode, and unfortunately I can't see where the application is running, in the designer manager the option to view doesn't appear, and I don't know which address goes to the browser

You can create a page with your template and use that to preview. 

Are you uploading your files to your portal?  It is worth looking at the readme on the HubSpot React boilerplate for instructions
