Purchased module showing error in console.

A client purchased one of our module from marketplace and added to their page but it showin error in console.Consoler error

What i have found that it is happening because of wrong URL.

For example:-

this is the url which redirect to not found

https://f.hubspotusercontent20.net/hubfs/4146414/hs_marketplace_assets/modules/Interactive_Menu_Conv...

but on same portal this url works

http://cdn2.hubspot.net/hub/4146414/hs_marketplace_assets/modules/Interactive_Menu_Convertor/3/moder...

how does it changing dynamically or is this the issue with our module. We have attached the file from right side in Linked Files option.

What should we do now?

Do you know if your HubSpot Portal ID is "4146414"?

To find out, in your HubSpot Portal, click your photo (top right) and you should see your Portal ID.

Looks to me like either the assets haven't been installed in your portal, or the links are pointing at the wrong portal.

Either way whoever you bought the template from should be able to help you with the issue.

I would contact them for help.
