Please help me in this. We have tried everything, but not able to connect our domain at all. What should I do?

@Princy you need to add a couple entries to your DNS file (typically located where your domain was registered). In your HubSpot portal, click on the settings cog in the top right corner, then click on "Domains & URLs" in the sidebar. At the bottom of that page you will find the "Email sending domains (DKIM)" section that will walk you through the steps to complete this.
