Pre-Load Issue - Glitch on Loading Website/Blog

I created a new HubSpot blog page for our company. It looks great and all but sometimes when you click on the different topics, the page doesn't pre-load and looks pretty glitchy. I've attached a screenshot. Is there some kind of pre-load script that avoids that information from popping up like that?
