Pass client data to the thank you page after submit

I created contact form on my landing page with field Upload file. After submit I want to pass url parametr to the thank you page and make a preview image. 
Is it possible? 
I can't to find any documentation about it.

Hi Elena,

I did something like this on a client site recently and found that it was possible with personalisation tokens.

When I added the parameters in the Forms tool it didn't seem to work, but doing it at the page level did. You can set the personalisation token doing something like this: 

https://domain.com/thank-you?email={{contact.email}}
