We are adding an email address to CTA buttons.

This is what the sales rep wants me to do on CTA button.

Is there any way we can stop showing the 'opening of a new window page' like this?

Hey @dennisedson this is an old string, but I'm running into this as well. I think what we're actually trying to figure out, is how to make it not show this page once it opens the email client. The browser sits here and redirects.

Hello @miram ,

Unfortunately, the second link that you referenced does not work.

Email links will follow the preferences established by the end user.  Typically, they have not set up any preferences and the default behavior of the browser is to open up the default email client.  If you do not want this to happen, I would suggest having the CTA lead to a form instead of an email address.
