One Question Survey Exit Intent Pop up

Hi there, I'm looking to create an exit intent pop up that looks like the one below. 

I've tried creating a lead flow but I can't work out how to skip the callout section and show the form straight away. Is there some HTML I can edit to turn a standard exit intent pop up into a quick 1 question survey that does NOT include an email field?

Hi @SarahRuscoe

HubSpot lead flows are not customisable like this currently. 

If you need to create something like this, you might consider looking at other tools like Hotjar - their polls feature works quite well in this way.

Thanks for the reply! I was actually just looking into hot jar when I saw your message. Will definitely be giving it a try.
