Offer for new subscribers only - can you reject an existing email address?

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to reject a form submission is the email address entered already existing in the CRM?

I'm trying to set up a form for email acquisition and want to deter any existing customers from signing up for the offer.

Anyone have experience with this? Does it require custom javascript? Thanks!

Hey @Brandy13,

Not the most design heavy idea, but you could just have the offer say "for new subscribers only", and then have a workflow in your portal based on create date and the form submission-if the contact meets that criteria (create date is today and form was submitted), they could receive an email with a code.
