No changes in the template after submit publish

In the template, I passed a new field (Boolean) to the module, set a condition for the module, then clicked "publish", but there were no changes, then I commented out the module, clicked "publish", but the module still remained on the page, but if I click "preview" "on the new page everything will be with working changes.

There is a chance that the page is cached.  You can use this chrome extension which has a cache buster.  Hopefully that helps!
