Newsletter Format Help for Mobile

SOLVE

Hello,

Can someone help me format my newsletter (mobile version)?

https://app.hubspot.com/email/2278973/edit-beta/8174269119/content

I am seeing alot of extra white space, and in the past HubSpot support used to help me fix this with the advance settings/coding, but they are now saying they don't do it. Here are the issues I am seeing:

There is a lot of white space between the 1st "read more" button and the "resources from Masc Medical" image. Same thing with the 2nd "read more" button and the "healthcare news and trends" image. And lastly, the same between the last link "new media and healthcare" and "in march we..." Also, is there a way to add a colon after "Follow Us"?

Thanks for the link!  Are you talking about this whitespace?

When taking a look at the inspector, I see a lot of empty <p> tags that you're using for line separation I believe.  Maybe try removing those?

I wanted to be a bit more informative about where these come from just so you can get a better understanding so I recorded this quick video here:  https://www.useloom.com/share/9baf0eaf2bc6499cb46a02fb5d70ceb7

Hey @MASC_Medical ,

Could you provide me with the preview link for this newsletter?  I can probably help you out here if I can see the issue.

Hi Bryantworks,

I had replied to your question, and for some reason it didnt send. Here is the preview link:

https://app.hubspot.com/email/2278973/edit-beta/8174269119/content

It is the same link I included in my original email. You might need to send the preview link to your phone though to see the blank spaces I'm talking about.

Hey @MASC_Medical that's actually the link to edit the email.  To share a preview can you do the following?

Hello,

Here is the shareable link:

http://info.mascmedical.com/-temporary-slug-7a119903-1a54-4ba5-ae97-63757836077a?hs_preview=bLEGgtyD...

However, the preview looks fine. You need to see if from an actual phone to see the issues I listed.

Hi BryantWorks,

Thank you for this! I didn't want to get into changing the coding as I'm not good at that and didnt want to mess anything up. I did go ahead and use the "drag and drop" feature, and recreated the newsletter. It looks perfect! Thank you again for your help.
