New User Seeking Interface/Template/Design for Mortgage Business

I'm looking to use HubSpot for my mortgage broking business; as a CRM, deal tracking, customer support, marketing.

I have managed to make some modifications but wondering if anyone out there specialises in adapting the interface to specific user needs?

Hi @sean001,

Are you referring to changing the interface of the HubSpot CRM itself? If so, it is not possible to alter the UI of the HubSpot CRM. You can customize your Contact, Company, and Deal properties to meet your specific needs, but the interface (buttons, colors, layout) of the CRM cannot be edited.

Any thoughts on how to best differentiate between customers and referral partners?  Maybe I'm overthinking it.  Current customers are classified as deals and Contacts are used for realtors and past clients?
