Need help resizing hero image

Hi all,

I downloaded a free template off of the Hubspot marketplace and I'm having issues with the sizing of the hero image. Here's a link to the live page. I have gone into the CSS file and changed the size of the hero image in there as well as tried to resize it in the landing page builder. Any ideas why it won't show the entire thing? It looks especially bad on mobile.
