Need More than 20 Dynamic Variables - Can I create a second text field that becomes hidden?

Hello - 

I am currently working on a HubSpot page that needs more than 20 dynamic options for a content block. Is there a way to make the 20th option that the entire field gets replaced/hidden and a second content blog replaces it for the visitor to view which would incorporate the additional dynamic fields not available in the first box?
