Navigation menu level dissappearing when hovering over it

Hi! I am posting this on behalf of a customer. 

I am not good at custom coding but I have a navigation menu with 8 levels, and when I hover over the third menu option showing up, it disappears.

I understand I should use some block section in the code, but I am not quite sure exactly where to add it and how exactly to add it.

The error shows up when, in the navigation menu, we hover over resources > Force sensors > and then we try to choose an option from the new shown menu, but it disappears

Hey, @DHerrera98 👋 Can your customer join the conversation? One challenge is that neither me nor our community members can view how this is set up inside their portal. Other details that might help our community members:

• are they using a default, marketplace, or custom theme?
• is this the default menu, or was it customized by either their dev or a dev they hired?
• can they share a code example from the menu?

Having specific details and examples, is the best way for our community to understand how they may be able to assist.

Regarding your question, yes, they are using the Homepage Layout New Banner drag-and-drop template from the Qualstar Theme. 

The menu is one of their HubSpot Navigation Menus and they are using a static advance menu type in the Global content of their page. 

Can you please provide more details when you refer to Code Example from the menu?
