Module with form & title keep overlapping

Hi guys, 

I'm relatively new to Hubspot and creating modules, and now I'm running into something that I cannot figure out.

I've created a module for a header/banner on a LP that includes a form (for high conversion). On desktop the title and form are side-by-side. On mobile they are above each other. I've added this as CSS to the module.

However, when I'm previewing in tablet-size the title, form are overlapping, which gives a bad UX. 

How can I prevent this overlapping?
