Mobile navigation menu trouble

Hi there,

I downloaded the 2018 Launch on Liftoff template pack by Brand Builder Solutions. The mobile responsiveness doesn't seem to be working out of the box like the live example in the template marketplace. It should hide the menu and switch to a hamburger button. Instead, the menu goes from horizontal to vertical and moves to the center of the page, blocking other content.

Here are the steps I've taken so far:

1. I went through the CSS line by line to see if there was anything obviously different between the downloaded templated and the live preview.

2. I followed the instructions at https://designers.hubspot.com/docs/snippets/responsive/how-to-implement-a-fixed-top-mobile-navigatio.... It looks like none of the page templates referenced the script, so I added it.

I'm a very green developer, so any help would be really appreciated. I'm a bit over my head here.
