Mobile menu stuck open

Hi,

I have followed the instructions here https://designers.hubspot.com/docs/snippets/responsive/how-to-implement-a-fixed-top-mobile-navigatio... to create a mobile menu, but for some reason, I don't have a hamburger control and the menu to collapse on mobile.
