Mobile Navigation Breaking on Blog Page

Hi there -

I recently created a new webpage, https://learn.barcoding.com/supplychaingeek/. Notice how the navigation changes when scrolled and mobile navigation works somewhat.

The blog page: https://73917.hs-sites.com/blog. The blog page has the same exact header & navigation as that other page (CSS & javascript are in the file). So I am very confused about how the navigation doesn't have the scroll effect & the mobile navigation does not work.

I am also looking for help on the mobile navigation in general. Currently, the mobile navigation opens up overtop the hamburger icon. How would I make it push the page instead where there would be a way to close the navigation?

Thanks!

@kcarpintieri - The footers must be different in some way.

The way your template is coded, the header and hamburger are stored in the header and the slide out nav is stored in the footer. Try to match those 1 to 1
