Live chat not showing

I am trying to get the live chat to work on my website. 

The plug in is installed on wordpress, the chatflow is showing as live, the website URL is set as www.elesco.co.uk

with no exlclusion rules.  everything is filled in and the preview works fine.

Any ideas?

Please clear your cache and your caching plugin on WordPress and check again.

When i log into hubspot and go to tracking code, it has a button to install the plugin, when I click this it loads my wordpress then just stops.  I have downloaded the plugin via wordpress and logged into my account on there.  My website manager has installed the tracking code information onto the site.  But still nothing works

Do you have the WordPress plugin installed? If not, then the most common issue that tracking code was not installed.

Could you review these steps and report back?
